4.1 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)<\/b><\/p>

The Consumer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without any obligation to provide a reason, by notifying info@borgogiulia.it\n (indicating the order number and products).<\/p>

4.2 Return Procedures<\/b><\/p>

Products must be returned:<\/span><\/p>

  • intact, unused\/consumed<\/span><\/li>
  • properly packaged to prevent damage during transport<\/span><\/li>
  • with the original packaging, if available<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    4.3 Exceptions and Limitations<\/b><\/p>

    Withdrawal may not apply, according to the law, in particular for:<\/span><\/p>

    • sealed products for hygiene reasons that have been opened after delivery (e.g., sealed cosmetics)<\/span><\/li>
    • goods that by their nature are not suitable for return (where applicable)<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      4.4 Return Costs<\/b><\/p>

      The shipping costs for the return are borne by the Customer, except in cases of shipping errors or non-conformity attributable to Borgo Giulia.<\/p>

      4.5 Refunds<\/b><\/p>

      The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return shipment) using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

      4.6 Defective or Incorrect Products<\/b><\/p>

      In case of an incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming product, contact info@borgogiulia.it\n with photos and the order number.
