When available, tracking information will be communicated. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details (phone number, intercom, apartment\/unit).<\/span><\/p><p><b>3.4 Failed Delivery and Storage<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the recipient is absent or unreachable, the carrier may attempt further deliveries or place the shipment in storage. Any storage, return, or reshipment costs due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment may be charged to the Customer.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3.5 Inspection Upon Delivery and Damages<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon delivery, the Customer must verify the integrity of the package.
