Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Delivery Areas

  • Italy: Shipping is available throughout the national territory (subject to any carrier limitations for remote or hard-to-reach areas).

3.2 Time

  • Order preparation: generally 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Delivery: generally 24–72 business hours from carrier pickup (longer for islands or remote areas).

Delivery times are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand or holidays.

3.3 Delivery and tracking

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the Customer. When available, tracking information will be communicated. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details (phone number, intercom, apartment/unit).

3.4 Failed Delivery and Storage

If the recipient is absent or unreachable, the carrier may attempt further deliveries or place the shipment in storage. Any storage, return, or reshipment costs due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment may be charged to the Customer.

3.5 Inspection Upon Delivery and Damages

Upon delivery, the Customer must verify the integrity of the package. In case of visible damage or a compromised parcel, it is recommended to:

  • accept the delivery with reservation, if possible;
  • take a photo of the box and what's inside.

Damage or breakages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to info@borgogiulia.it , attaching photos of the package, the courier label, and the product."
