4.1 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

The Consumer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without any obligation to provide a reason, by notifying info@borgogiulia.it (indicating the order number and products).

4.2 Return Procedures

Products must be returned:

• intact, unused/consumed
• properly packaged to prevent damage during transport
• with the original packaging, if available

4.3 Exceptions and Limitations

Withdrawal may not apply, according to the law, in particular for:

• sealed products for hygiene reasons that have been opened after delivery (e.g., sealed cosmetics)
• goods that by their nature are not suitable for return (where applicable)

4.4 Return Costs

The shipping costs for the return are borne by the Customer, except in cases of shipping errors or non-conformity attributable to Borgo Giulia.

4.5 Refunds

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return shipment) using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

4.6 Defective or Incorrect Products

In case of an incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming product, contact info@borgogiulia.it with photos and the order number. Borgo Giulia will evaluate a replacement, refund, or another solution.
